What we do (and don't)
We design personalized travel itineraries. We're not a travel agency or tour operator, and we don't sell flights or lodging directly — unless you book the Full trip management service, in which case we do handle bookings for you.
The deposit
Every service starts with a 50% deposit. The planning fee is non-refundable — it's the cost of the time and research invested, whether the trip happens or not. We say this here so there are no surprises later.
What we don't control
Flight prices, hotel availability, third-party policies, and anything that decides to change without telling us — airlines, you know who you are.
Your itinerary is yours (but not for reselling)
The itinerary we build is for your personal use. It's not meant to be resold or shared as if someone else had made it — that one would genuinely break our hearts a little.
